- Summary/Abstract: The article explores the several meanings of the concept of ”intercultural education” while trying to demonstrate the fact that there is no proper definition for the above-mentioned concept. The working definitions are usually vague and imprecise, contradicting the necessary requirements for a definition. This syndrome is visible in the scientific literature specific to the European Union jargon and, from this, it has extended to specific national scientific literature. We will analyze the way in which intercultural education is understood in the documents of the Council of Europe and, consecutively, we will provide an example of how this notion is understood in the Romanian pedagogical literature.

- Summary/Abstract: Violence is one of the great problems of the contemporary world. The press, written or audio-visual, constantly informs about various manifestations of this phenomenon. From the most aggressive forms, such as wars or terrifying crimes, beatings, rapes, thefts, and destruction of property, to the least shocking (but no less guilty), such as verbal violence, all of which are supported by an abundance of violent images flash before our eyes every day. In this context, the appearance of various forms of violence in the school environment seems almost a fatality and often becomes a common thing, with which peers exist without even noticing the danger. In the first part, I will present the theoretical aspects regarding violent behavior and types of violence (physical, mental, verbal, and domestic, a description of the factors that generate school violence, and some information regarding emotional development). In the second part, I will deal with theoretical delimitations regarding children's literature as a factor in the development of the small student's personality, the story as an instructive-educational tool for students, the story as a literary work, the story as a therapeutic element and the specifics of the therapeutic story for children.

- Summary/Abstract: Creative art therapy is a form of therapy that uses artistic activities as a means of expressing and processing emotions. It can be used to treat a variety of mental and emotional health problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties and behavioural disorders. Art therapy is guided by the process of projecting inner images into drawings, shapes, and colours, which then crystallise and establish lasting concepts. The essential aim is for beneficiaries to move towards a self-fulfilment and meaningful life, regardless of the degree of disability, through participation in the artistic process. For therapy to be effective, it is important that the client's participation is voluntary. When a person engages in artistic activities on their own initiative, they can expose their emotions and feelings in a deeper way and explore their thoughts and behaviours in a safe and accepting environment. This can help develop coping skills and increase her sense of safety and self-discovery
