Summary/Abstract: Romania will host the Three Seas Initiative (TSI) summit in 2018. After the launch of the initiative in Croatia in 2016 and the new energy injected into it, not least through U.S. endorsement, in Warsaw this year, the main question to answer in Bucharest in 2018 is if we can now put some meat on the bones.
